New Jersey Behavior Risk Factor Survey Questionnaire Search Tool
The New Jersey Behavioral Risk Factor Survey (NJBRFS) is a component of CDC’s national Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS), which tracks the prevalence of chronic health conditions, health-related risk behaviors, and use of preventive clinical services among adults at the state level to assess progress on public health goals and to plan, support and evaluate health promotion programs.
This public portal provides access to the annual questions used in the New Jersey Behavioral Risk Factor Survey (NJBRFS), It does not show survey results, but helps the public understand the questions, health topics, and response options used to support this public health effort.
